An earthy, savoury & complex Pinot Noir.

Hand sorted and foot stomped before being pumped over daily in open fermenters, where it was hand plunged daily. Hand pressed then matured in old French oak barrels (15% new).

Nose: Red & dark berries, floral notes, spice and earth

Palate: Red & dark fruit, spice, mushroom with firm tannins & bright acid
