The Coffee House is a boozy party starter, featuring cold brew coffee liqueur from our friends at Mr Black. Inspired by Heartbreaker, the naughty sister bar of The Everleigh, this is a rock 'n' roll riff on a caffeinated classic.

The Martini is so strong and sexy, simply ordering one is enough to make us weak at the knees. This is a 'wet' style with a ratio of gin to vermouth at 2:1.

Ingredients: Tanqueray gin, Dolin dry vermouth, orange bitters, water. Serve ice cold in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive. Standard Drinks: 1.6 | ALC: 24% | Vol: 85ml

An elegant, boozy cocktail that dates back to the 1870s, the Manhattan is a comparative unsung hero and our favourite of the four.

Service ice cold in a frozen cocktail glass and garnish with a morello cherry soaked in Kirsch. Ingredients: Bulleit rye whiskey, Cocchi sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters & water. Standard Drinks: 1.6 | ALC: 25% | Vol: 85ml

OLD FASHIONED

There are many ways to make this drink. Our version is what we call the Old Old Fashioned - no salad, no over-dilution, just great bourbon, bitters and sugar.
